KTDA Management Services on behalf of Sanganyi Tea Factory Company invites interested bidders for purchase of Approx. 103.4087 Acres of Agricultural land (wood fuel development farm) and improvements (trees) situated south of Esoit Shopping Centre in Esoit-Area -Narok County.
Size and Location
The property comprises of two (2) land parcel with distinct titles and is situated about 1.8 kilometers (approximately one point eight kilometers) due South West of unnamed Murram access road Esoit –Corner road tarmac intersection and lies approximately 3.1 km due South of Esoit Shopping Centre in Esoit-Area -Narok County.

Interested eligible firms may obtain detailed tender documents from the procurement office located on third floor, Majani Plaza, Koinange Street, Nairobi during office hours upon payment of the non- refundable registration fee. KTDA makes no representation regarding the title for or any other matters relating to the land including the environmental condition of the land to be sold. Responsibility for ascertaining these matters rests with the potential purchaser. The sale of the said land and improvements thereon is subject to a reserve price. The successful purchaser will be required to pay the amount tendered and the relevant land transfer fees. Prospective purchasers are encouraged to view the land before bidding. The Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without the obligation to assign any reason for the decision.
