KTDA Holdings National Chairman, Enos Njeru was honoured as chief guest at the official launch of the Embu International Film and Creative Arts Festival (Embu IFCA) at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre.
The festival signals a deliberate intersection between the tea sector and the creative economy—opening up new pathways to showcase youth talent, strengthen tea branding in digital spaces, promote tea drinking tradition to the next generation and showcasing stories rooted in tea-growing communities.
Describing it as a landmark moment, Chairman Njeru noted that the initiative builds a practical bridge between traditional industries and the fast-growing arts sector, positioning the festival as a catalyst for grassroots empowerment.
