NOTICE is hereby given that Chania Power Company Limited, a limited liability Company
having its registered office at KTDA Farmer’s Building, Moi Avenue, P.O. Box 30213 –
00100 Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, (“the Applicant”), pursuant to the provisions of
Section 117 of the Energy Act, 2019, will in December, 2025, make an application to the
Energy & Petroleum Regulatory Authority for Modification of Electric Power Undertaking
Business License – (Distribution and Supply).
