KTDA Farmers Company Ltd (KFC) was incorporated in 1996 and is owned by 220,000 shareholders. KFC primary business
is long-term investment in quality rent generating properties, that are well maintained, so as to increase their long term
value. KFC currently owns various properties that are spread in Nairobi, Mombasa and Kiambu Counties.
The company invites proposals for supply, installation, implementation and commissioning of a Property Management
System (PMS). This system is expected to enhance tenancy tracking, maintenance, lease management, and reporting,
helping KFC improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain a detailed request for proposal document from the procurement office, located on
third floor, Majani Plaza, Koinange Street, Nairobi during office hours upon payment of the non-refundable tender fee. The
