Yesterday marked the official opening of the KTDA 3.0 Culture Change training for holdings Board and Factory Chairpersons. The Training was officially set in motion by the Group CEO, Engineer Francis Miano, and National Vice Chair, Engineer Mosonik Menjo.‎The focus is on cultural transformation which is necessary for making the FARMERS FIRST mantra a reality. ‎‎

Yesterday marked the official opening of the KTDA 3.0 Culture Change training for holdings Board and Factory Chairpersons.

The Training was officially set in motion by the Group CEO, Engineer Francis Miano, and National Vice Chair, Engineer Mosonik Menjo.‎

The focus is on cultural transformation which is necessary for making the FARMERS FIRST mantra a reality.

‎‎This training will be cascaded to all the business units.‎‎
