KTDA Communication on Covid-19

Our esteemed partners,

The world is currently faced with unprecedented health, humanitarian and economic crises as a result of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. The virus is devastating communities and economies, and it is hard to predict the direction it
will take.

To mitigate the spread of the virus, the government of Kenya through the Ministry of Health has instituted a number of measures, including encouraging employees to work from home, enhanced health and safety procedures and a partial national
curfew.

In line with the Government directives, we would like to assure all our stakeholders that we are continuously taking measures to safeguard the health and safety of our staff and the communities we serve.

Our Executive Leadership, respective business unit leads and the business continuity teams are constantly monitoring the situation and developing appropriate protocols to actively protect the health, safety and well-being of our staff and the wider community.

We will continue to revise our safety and operational procedures in line with the advice we receive from the Government of Kenya and the World Health Organisation.

We have implemented adequate business continuity plans that will minimise business disruption and ensure that our clients continue to receive and enjoy our products and services.

We will continue to keep you informed as this crisis evolves.
