KTDA hosted a delegation of tea company executives under the umbrella of the German Herbal and Tea Association at Kiru Tea Factory, one of its 71 managed factories. The delegation, the first of its kind in the country, is in Kenya to gain first-hand insight into the smallholder tea value chain, engage directly with producers, and strengthen partnerships that link farmers to global markets. #FarmerFirst
