The Board of Directors is responsible and accountable for the governance of the company, and is mandated to conduct the business and operations of KTDA (Management Services) with integrity and in accordance with generally accepted corporate governance principles. It also provides policy direction in developing strategic business plans, goals and objectives as well as evaluating management’s performance in pursuing and achieving those goals.
