KTDA Foundation last week held a 3 day free medical camp in Michimikuru Tea Factory catchment where a total of 1202 smallholder tea farmers and their communities benefitted from services such as general consultation, prostate and cervical cancer screening, medication, blood pressure testing and blood sugar testing.

The Foundation in partnership with Majani Insurance, VisionSpring and Lions SightFirst Eye Hospital provided free eye examination, reading glasses and medication, and severe cases were booked for free surgery.
