KTDA Holdings limited (KTDA) is seeking the services of an experienced consulting firm to carry out the process of
evaluation of its entire group business comprising of nine subsidiary companies and a Foundation. The consultant will
be expected to conduct an in-depth analysis of the functions of KTDA Holdings and each of its subsidiary companies
singling out any overlapping functions between and among them and from the findings propose the options available
for posterity.

the same tender (KTDA/190/2023) recently advertised are exempted from paying the tender fee.
