KTDA Holdings Ltd invites tenders from interested firms/individuals for sale and harvesting of eucalyptus trees (coppices)
at Gituamba Farm in Murang’a County as specified in the tender documents.
Size and Location
The plantation comprises of 65 acres or thereabout of eucalyptus trees (Coppices) which can be harvested for various
uses. The plantation is located at Gituamba village (along Kangari-Kinyona-Gituamba road)– approx. 8Kms from Kangari
town, Murang’a county.
Interested eligible firms may obtain detailed tender document from the procurement office located on third floor, Majani
Plaza, Koinange Street, Nairobi during office hours upon payment of the non- refundable registration fee. The documents

The sale of the said trees is subject to a reserve price. Prospective purchasers are encouraged to view the plantation
before bidding. The Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without the obligation to assign
any reason for the decision.
Sealed Bids clearly marked “Tender for purchase & Harvesting of Eucalyptus trees (Coppices) at Gituamba Farm” and

Completed tender documents should be deposited in the tender box at the reception on ground floor, Majani Plaza,
Koinange Street Nairobi, so as to be received not later than 17th October 2023 at 9:30 AM. Opening shall be on the same
day.
Tender opening shall be virtual through a video link. Bidders shall be provided with the log-in credentials before the
tender opening.
