KTDA Management Services Ltd (KTDA-MS), on behalf of Tombe Tea Factory Company invites tenders from interested firms
/ individuals for sale of the above subject land as specified in the tender documents.
Size and Location
The land comprises one block of 296.5 Acres situated approximately ten (10) kms off Kilgoris –Migori road in Mashangwa
sub-location Transmara sub-County in Narok County. The property is approximately four (4) kms from Mashangwa
secondary School.
Interested eligible firms/Individuals may obtain detailed tender document from the procurement office located on third
floor, Majani Plaza, Koinange Street Nairobi during office hours upon payment of the non-refundable registration fee. The

KTDA makes no representation regarding the title for or any other matters relating to the land including the environmental
condition of the land to be sold. Responsibility for ascertaining these matters rests with the potential purchaser. The sale
of the said land is subject to a reserve price. The successful purchaser will be required to pay the amount tendered and the
relevant land transfer fees. Prospective purchasers are encouraged to view the land before bidding. The Agency reserves the
right to accept or reject any or all applications without the obligation to assign any reason for the decision.

Completed tender documents should be deposited in the tender box at the reception on ground floor, Majani Plaza, Koinange
Street Nairobi, so as to be received not later than 17th October, 2023 at 9:30 AM. Opening shall be on the same day.
Tender opening shall be virtual through a video link. Bidders shall be provided with the log in credentials before the tender
opening.
